This program, developed by The McKenzie Institute® USA,
provides clinics the opportunity to have highly experienced clinical
mentors on-site to share their expertise with the entire clinic
staff. The goal is to increase staff confidence and ultimately
to improve your outcomes by addressing any weaknesses and/or concerns
in the McKenzie Method® of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy.

The McKenzie Institute will provide a questionnaire to specify
your concerns and wishes. A follow-up quiz to assess the present
level of understanding of your staff will complete the picture.
The clinic will need to provide a room for lectures and
a schedule of one-on-one time to observe and consult with each
therapist. The individual observation time will be conducted in
private. If you wish, the clinical mentors will evaluate and treat
a patient with the entire clinic staff similar to the experience
with the Institute's Part A-E education program.
