CLINICAL MENTORING PROGRAM
Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy

Is staff retention a major problem? Is offering higher salaries usually just a "quick fix"? This program offers your staff exciting incentives while improving your outcomes. Use this program as a marketing tool - invite your referring physicians to a McKenzie Mentoring Seminar to observve their patient being evaluated and treated. Expose your skills! If you've ever asked yourself any of the following questions, then the MDT Clinical Mentoring Program may be right for you!

  • How can I compete in the current marketplace?
  • How can I develop a niche for my practice that will successfully carry me into the future?
  • How can I achieve consistency in my clinic's outcomes?
  • How can I assure that all my staff is practicing at the same level of MDT?
  • How are my credentialed therapists going to maintain their credentialing?
  • How can I use evidence-based treatment as a marketing tool with referral sources and patients?

This program, developed by The McKenzie Institute® USA, provides clinics the opportunity to have highly experienced clinical mentors on-site to share their expertise with the entire clinic staff. The goal is to increase staff confidence and ultimately to improve your outcomes by addressing any weaknesses and/or concerns in the McKenzie Method® of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy.

You customize the content!
The McKenzie Institute will provide a questionnaire to specify your concerns and wishes. A follow-up quiz to assess the present level of understanding of your staff will complete the picture.

The clinic will need to provide a room for lectures and a schedule of one-on-one time to observe and consult with each therapist. The individual observation time will be conducted in private. If you wish, the clinical mentors will evaluate and treat a patient with the entire clinic staff similar to the experience with the Institute's Part A-E education program.
