If no window appears after you click on the link, then your system does not support Pop-up windows and you will not be able to interact with the McKenzie Case Manager. You may have made changes to your browser settings which need to be set to allow Javascript or pop-up windows. If you have a pop-up window killer software you may need to disable it.
